Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager to join a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry for a 12-month contract position. The Senior Project Manager/Program Manager will lead strategic supply chain initiatives focused on building a future-ready U.S. distribution network.

Responsibilities

Manage complex workstreams within a large-scale supply chain transformation initiative, including network design and implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment on logistics, technology, and governance objectives
Oversee sourcing and onboarding of strategic 3PL partners to optimize distribution capabilities
Develop and maintain robust business continuity plans and overflow solutions to mitigate risk
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and drive operational excellence across the distribution network

Required

7–10 years of experience in supply chain management strategy development and execution
Proven track record managing major supply chain implementation projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Hands-on mindset with logistics and distribution expertise; experience in 3PL sourcing is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field required
