Administrative Assistant I: Parking Auth
City of Brockton is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to support the Executive Director. The role involves processing credit card receipts, filing documents, creating passes for parking facilities, and providing clerical support related to customer service and payroll processing.

Responsibilities
Processes the daily and monthly reconciliation of credit card receipts relating to department collections
Assist in the filing of all department documents
Create all passes for both garages and lots on a monthly basis
Minimal external phone activity relating to collection of outstanding department invoices
Provides clerical support regarding; customer service, phone calls and mail
Acts as backup regarding bill payments and payroll processing
The employee will be responsible for any other duties as Deemed Necessary By The Executive Director Or Designee
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities To Perform The Essential functions of the job
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required
Must Possess Strong Customer Service And Communications Skills
Proficient computer skills

Recordkeeping and clerical skills
Written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with the public and other personnel
