They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance to lead their accounting and finance team, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the accounting and finance team which consists of 2 team members

Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet, cash flow, depreciation schedules, and tax filings

Maintain and optimize ERP systems for finance and accounting processes

Prepare and present financial reports to the President and Board of Directors, providing strategic insights and recommendations

Serve as the primary liaison with external auditing firms and ensure timely completion of audits

Manage banking and financing relationships, including compliance with reporting requirements and covenant monitoring

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets

Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Monitor key financial metrics and drive initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
