Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationship with clients
Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients
Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes or any other pertinent payroll information received
Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed
Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested
Assist with workers' compensation audits, preparation of employee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respond to tax notices as necessary
Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request

Qualification

Payroll experiencePayroll softwareMicrosoft ExcelClient relationship managementData verification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of payroll experience is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with payroll software is required

Preferred

Knowledge of ADP
