Responsibilities

Lead a small team to deliver user experience designs across multiple projects and tools
Drive design direction with hands-on design work and provide creative direction and feedback to the team
Build strong partnerships with engineering managers, designers, and engineers to pitch innovative ideas and enhance team cohesion
Champion Apple's design standards and ensure designs are functional, comprehensive, and maintain a high level of visual quality

Required

Depth of knowledge of tools and workflows used in software development
Effective at driving clarity in product vision that unites technical requirements with user focus

Portfolio demonstrating product design leadership, creative problem solving, and high quality visual design polish

Preferred

5+ years industry experience as a UX designer, Human Computer interaction designer, or related role
2+ years of design management experience
