Sales Operations Analyst (RevOps & Salesforce Focus)
Datonics is a programmatic data pioneer and leading provider of audience targeting solutions. They are seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to manage their Salesforce instance and lead revenue analytics efforts, improving decision-making through effective reporting and data management.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management of Salesforce: manage users, build custom fields, update page layouts, and ensure data hygiene
Build and maintain flows/automations to reduce manual work for the sales team
Troubleshoot issues and act as the first line of defense for all CRM questions
Create and populate dashboards that track revenue and forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis
Assist finance, operations, and customer success in converting at times murky DSP/SSP usage reports to cleansed, sales-attributed data
Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews for leadership with actionable insights
Qualification
Required
2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis
Strong proficiency in Salesforce
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory
Ability to learn new platforms including internal tools will be critical to success
Preferred
Experience in AdTech, Media, or SaaS
