Start in 2026 SummerPrime Controls, L.P. is a family-owned Systems Integration and I&C Construction firm dedicated to meeting clients’ industrial automation and control requirements. They are seeking Engineering students for their summer internship program to experience the industrial automation and controls industry, while assisting Field Engineers and participating in various projects.

Responsibilities
Perform all duties to promote a safe work environment and safe job performance
Assist Field Engineers with basic calculations to determine compliance with engineering best practices
Actively participate in all plant safety programs as directed by management
Participate in projects and optimization efforts as a training exercise
Participate and assist in troubleshooting electrical problems and identify solutions to reduce downtime and minimize maintenance costs
Performs routine technical work which does not require previous experience
Collects data and gathers information or documents
Performs standard computations or analysis
Prepares drawing and visual aids
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
