Responsibilities

P&L Ownership and Analysis: Oversee and interpret the full P&L structure, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial results. Analyze revenue streams, cost drivers, margins, and profitability trends to identify opportunities and risks. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on financial performance and market dynamics
Financial Planning and Forecasting: Lead development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans for responsible profit centers. Drive alignment between commercial objectives and financial targets, ensuring robust scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
Business Partnering: Act as a key liaison between finance and commercial teams, fostering collaboration to understand business performance drivers. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, and market trends. Influence decision-making through clear communication of financial insights and recommendations
Performance Management: Conduct variance analysis and identify root causes of deviations from targets. Use dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions
Customer Rebates: Manage customer rebate processes, including monthly monitoring of Sales Allowance entries with Customer Rebates team, maintaining rebate policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy, and collaborating with shared services team to ensure account reconciliation accuracy
Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial controls. Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Driving process improvements and implementing best practices
Month-End: Support month-end close processes including review of accruals, journal entries, and validation of P&L and balance sheet postings. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in collaboration with accounting and other stakeholders. Ad-hoc Analysis and Strategic Initiatives: Lead deep-dive analyses on sales performance, margin optimization, and customer profitability. Support strategic projects, including pricing reviews, cost optimization initiatives, and investment evaluations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a financial role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
Strong understanding of P&L structure and commercial profitability drivers
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Experience with financial reporting tools (SAP, OneStream, PowerBI). Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office software (primarily, but not limited to, Excel)
Excellent communication and business partnering skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of profitability drivers
