Develop creative design solutions and clearly detail them for construction
Concept research & development, space planning, finish selections, and detailing of special architectural features
Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
Qualification
Required
2+ years of production experience in an architecture firm
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program, on the path to licensure or licensed
Highly proficient in Revit, CAD, Sketchup, Bluebeam and Adobe Suite software
Technical understanding of building systems and construction documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to collaborate effectively and enthusiastically with coworkers, consultants, and clients
Permitted to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa
Preferred
Experience in grocery retail, hospitality, and/or bar & restaurant design
Experience in mixed-use projects
