AV Support Technician

New Grad, Entry LevelQualis1 Inc. is seeking a skilled AV Support Technician to support enterprise video conferencing and event services. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining video conferencing systems while ensuring seamless meeting experiences across the organization.
Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot video infrastructure and endpoint equipment, including:
Cisco CUCM, TMS, Expressways, Cisco Endpoints
Poly DMA, DMA Edge, RMX, RPRM, Workflow Server
Pexip CVI, Microsoft Teams Rooms
Poly Endpoints, Zoom Video Conferencing
Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents (hardware, software, RMAs)
Process service requests related to Video and Event Services
Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for internal and external meetings
Support platforms such as:
Zoom Meetings & Webinars
Microsoft Teams Meetings & Live Events
Cisco WebEx Meetings & Webinars
Work with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Adhere to SLAs and maintain maximum uptime for AV environments
Conduct equipment audits, including executive and C-suite spaces
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise AV and video conferencing systems
Working knowledge of Cisco, Poly, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams environments
Experience supporting live meetings and events
Ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues under time pressure
Excellent communication and customer support skills
Comfortable working 100% onsite in Longmont, CO
Preferred
Experience supporting executive-level conference rooms
Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems
Vendor coordination experience
