Responsibilities
This team is part of FA (Financial Advisor) Transition Services
They offer transitioning support to experienced Financial Advisors
As such, they often have large and complex books of business
This individual will work with these FA’s to efficiently and accurately transfer those clients
They assist with ‘repapering’ accounts, transferring assets and opening brokerage accounts
This team has 24-hour SLA’s in place to ensure that paperwork is in good order within 24 hours
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel 75-90% of the time
Must have own credit card for expenses while on trips
Strong attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Experience with transferring assets and opening brokerage accounts
Ability to work with experienced Financial Advisors
Ability to efficiently and accurately transfer clients
Ability to assist with 'repapering' accounts
Ability to meet 24-hour SLA's for paperwork
Experience with large and complex books of business
