Responsibilities
Develop and customize Loan IQ components using Loan IQ SDK, APIs, and scripting
Configure workflows for loan origination, servicing, interest calculations, fee processing, and payments
Customize screens, validations, notices, and interfaces
Develop batch jobs and automation scripts for operational processing
Build and support integrations between Loan IQ and upstream/downstream systems (Core Banking, GL, Payments, Risk, Reporting)
Design real-time and batch interfaces using REST, MQ, SFTP, flat files, and APIs
Handle inbound and outbound feeds, reconciliation, and error handling
Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for Oracle / SQL Server databases
Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and performance tuning
Support regulatory, operational, and management reporting
Support unit testing, system testing, UAT, and production releases
Perform regression testing during Loan IQ upgrades and patches
Prepare deployment documentation and rollback plans
Provide L2/L3 production support for Loan IQ applications
Troubleshoot interface failures, batch issues, data inconsistencies, and performance problems
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Qualification
Required
Strong technical expertise in Loan IQ APIs, SDK, database integrations, and banking domain knowledge across loan lifecycle management
Develop and customize Loan IQ components using Loan IQ SDK, APIs, and scripting
