Responsibilities

You will be working with several Estimators in our North Ridgeville office

Assisting in providing quantity take-offs and assembling of estimates

Contacting material suppliers and subcontractors

Attending pre-bid meetings and job site walk-thru meetings

Assisting on bid date in the assembling of estimates

You will be working with a Project Manager on either a single large project or on multiple smaller projects

Located either at our North Ridgeville office or on a job site

Assisting in material deliveries, problem resolutions, RFIs, project planning and closeout

Receiving, reviewing, and tracking show drawings, and other job correspondence/documents/files

Assisting in maintaining and updating the construction schedule

Qualification
