Project Planner
Technical Management Group Ltd. (TMG) is seeking a Project Planner to manage project schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones. The role involves collaborating with various teams to support decision-making and maintain project controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project and maintenance schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project), aligned with execution strategy, work order flow, inspections, and equipment readiness
Perform analytical support through performance measurement, forecasting, and variance analysis across cost, schedule, and productivity metrics
Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness teams to ensure alignment of plans and timely information flow
Track the progress and reporting through Earned Value Management (EVM), milestone tracking, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify and communicate schedule risks and opportunities; participate in risk reviews and mitigation planning
Complete the planning of monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive reviews
Collaborate with project controls, finance, and commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes and tools
Ensure compliance with corporate and project-specific governance, procedures, and reporting requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years' of experience in planning, project controls, or project analytics within mining, energy, oil & gas, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Proficiency with project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent)
Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles and project performance analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
Experience in restart or brownfield projects is highly desirable
