They are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, and enhance manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Utilize data-driven methods to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Develop and update standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Work cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges
Participate in root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
Support layout optimization, workflow design, and capacity planning activities
Assist in equipment selection, specification, and implementation for new or upgraded production lines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
Background in process improvement, continuous improvement, or manufacturing optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Proficiency with engineering tools such as CAD, statistical analysis software, or process-mapping tools
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
Exposure to automation, workflow redesign, or production system optimization
Ability to lead cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives
