Operations Manager/Office Manager
Law Offices of Manganelli, Leider & Savio, P.A. is seeking a full-time Operations Manager/Office Manager for their Boca Raton, FL office. The individual will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and coordinate processes to ensure efficiency, while also addressing client inquiries and ensuring prompt communication within the firm.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in organizational and operational management, including expertise in streamlining administrative processes and managing office workflows
Leadership experience in supervising staff, scheduling, and coordinating team efforts to meet deadlines effectively
Strong communication skills, including maintaining professional correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders, as well as prompt resolution of inquiries
Technical proficiency, especially in office systems, records management, and relevant software tools
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
Knowledge of creditor's rights or legal processes in bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure is a plus, though not required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
