Bulk Stocker Associate
Healthy Living is a locally owned, independent chain of supermarkets serving communities in Vermont and New York. The Bulk Stocker Associate is responsible for receiving product orders and ensuring the Bulk Department is stocked, organized, and merchandised effectively while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Stock and organize products on the sales floor and in the back stock area
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
Collaborate on creative, seasonal, or promotional displays throughout the department
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with both new and returning shoppers
Assist customers with questions about products, locations, and recommendations
Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time
Maintain a high attention to detail, especially with product labeling and presentation
Handle and lift bulk products and packages, restocking and organizing as needed
Maintain cleanliness and order in both the sales and back stock areas
Qualification
Required

Handle and lift bulk products and packages, restocking and organizing as needed
Maintain cleanliness and order in both the sales and back stock areas
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50+ lbs
Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a demanding setting
Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, demonstration) and the ability to relate well with a variety of people
Approachable, team player with a commitment to going the extra mile for customers and providing excellent service
Reliability, punctuality, and the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to confidentiality and the ability to follow through on tasks and verbal instructions
Self-motivated, with a desire to continually improve skills, stay informed on new products, and adapt to industry trends
Preferred
Knowledge of the natural foods/grocery industry is preferred, with a passion for learning more about food
