Bilingual Recruitment Associate

They are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Associate for their Philadelphia office to manage the executive search process, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities
Manage the full executive search process for our clients
Meet and exceed your weekly and monthly performance goals in alignment with your Business Unit Lead
Direct outreach (headhunting) and identification of suitable candidates for assessments and client presentations
Lead the full recruitment cycle – from initial contact to offer stage
Conduct interviews and prepare detailed candidate presentations
Produce high-quality shortlists within set timeframes
Communicate with candidates and clients
Build and maintain a strong talent network through regular conversations and referrals
Keep our CRM database accurate and up to date
Generate leads and gather market intelligence to support the sales team
Participate in daily team meetings and actively contribute to project planning
Collaborate on client projects with Sector Leads and colleagues in the Executive Search team
Prepare for annual feedback and development reviews to grow into other roles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Speak Spanish and English
2–3 years of professional experience in sales, recruitment, or a related corporate environment, with a demonstrated track record of successful cold outreach
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a solution-focused mindset
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust
A true team player
Willingness and ability to work on-site in our Philadelphia office
