Responsibilities
Collaboratively contribute to the operational management, design, execution and evaluation across Springboard Studio programs
Support programs that help frontline providers, staff, and patients develop ideas to make healthcare more user friendly
Responsible for the organizational support and execution of programs across Springboard’s portfolio, helping internal innovators advance their projects and product development
Apply program management tools and bring familiarity with human centered design and basic data management
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure Springboard delivers high quality support and client deliverables
Support innovators and projects from diverse institutions, and departments across the Mass General Brigham health system
Drive outcomes aligned with Springboard Studio’s contribution to the MGB System Strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field of study required
3-5 years of experience in project management, design innovation, or business development required
Team player, willing to work collaboratively across various projects with a variety of colleagues
Strong project management skills, including planning, administration, operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to support facilitation of design thinking workshops and promote creative thinking to solve complex challenges
Proficiency in research and data analysis to inform project direction and evaluate outcomes
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to adjust project plans and address unexpected challenges
Preferred
Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
