Permit/Admin Project Coordinator

Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay is looking for a new Permit & Project Coordinator to join their Award Winning Team. This fast-paced role requires excellent customer service skills and involves coordinating administrative tasks, scheduling inspections, and working closely with the production and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Permit Drawings and Application
Scheduling Inspections
Working with local municipalities to keep license and insurance up to date
Working directly with Operations Manager to prepare new projects
Communicating with Sales team to follow up on job-related questions and change orders
Responsible for coordinating and completion of administrative tasks at our operations center
Assists with aspects of client interaction: Including answering phones, emails, showroom visits, product knowledge & integration, etc
Daily support of on-site Management within the Operations and Accounting Departments
Process and follow up phone calls for collecting balances upon completion of projects
Helping with heavy call volume
Setting appointments
Taking and updating service calls
Working with installers to resolve job site issues
Occasionally participate with local shows and events

Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 and some occasional Saturdays
