Responsibilities

Lead an offshore Agile delivery team through planning, development, testing, and release

Partner closely with product management and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap

Translate product priorities into executable plans, balancing scope, timeline, technical risk, and capacity

Drive reliability, performance, and user engagement through strong engineering practices and data-informed decision making

Analyze key product and engineering metrics to understand user engagement and app health (e.g., retention, funnels, feature adoption, crash-free sessions, latency)

Support resource planning and onboarding; identify skill gaps and coordinate training/upskilling needs

Required

Bachelor's degree

10+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy, implementation and consulting

1+ years of experience leading functional and technical teams supporting the full project lifecycle in project management, technical strategy and business process roles

1+ years of experience in government consulting

Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
