Responsibilities
Define QA governance across:
Development lifecycle
Integration lifecycle
Data & Value Management (DVM) lifecycle
Platform changes
Establish quality safeguards, such as:
Quality gates
Mandatory reviews
Control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live)
Define and own:
CBT QA operating model alongside Platform C4E
RACI for quality ownership
Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD) from an assurance perspective
Introduce assurance mechanisms:
Independent reviews
Readiness assessments
Risk-based quality checks
Define quality KPIs & leading indicators
Act as second line of defense for delivery quality
Align QA with Architecture, Security, Risk & Compliance
Qualification
Required
Senior and authoritative, comfortable with governance
Strong experience in SDLC, integration, and enterprise delivery
Strategic mindset—not a test manager
Excellent English communication skills
Located in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland or Hungary
