Responsibilities
End-to-end Veeva CRM & Veeva Align configuration and administration
Sandbox strategy: creation, snapshots, Veevatization
Entity configuration, workflows, alignment logic, territory & account rules
Salesforce CRM customization (Apex is a strong plus)
User story ownership — definition, refinement, validation, and UAT sign-off
Sprint reviews, demos, and stakeholder-facing presentations
Production issue resolution across: Email, Page layouts, VMOCs, Veeva Triggers, Flow Builder
Continuous identification of process gaps and automation opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant industry experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Must be legally able to work on-site in Bridgewater, NJ
Deep, hands-on experience with Veeva CRM & Veeva Align (non-negotiable)
Strong grasp of Pharma Commercial & Medical operations
Salesforce platform expertise (Admin + configuration; Apex a differentiator)
Ability to map business requirements directly into technical solutions
Comfort operating in Agile/Scrum environments
Proven experience working with: JIRA, Smartsheet, Lucidchart / Visio
Clear communicator who can stand in front of stakeholders and defend design decisions
Preferred
Veeva Vault, Network, or Nitro exposure
Salesforce Admin / Veeva CRM certifications
