Wells Lawn Care & Landscaping is a market-leading commercial landscape company with over 20 years in business. They are seeking a Landscaping Business Developer - Commercial to drive new commercial maintenance sales and expand existing client relationships.

Responsibilities
Generate $500k–$700k in new commercial maintenance contracts annually
Grow $300k–$500k in enhancement and additional service sales within existing accounts
Total revenue responsibility of $800k–$1.2M annually
Manage and retain an existing $500k commercial account portfolio
Identify and close enhancement, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Ensure strong renewals and long-term client relationships
Proactively prospect and cold call: HOAs, Property management companies, Commercial and industrial sites
Work provided inbound leads while independently generating new opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, estimating, proposing, closing, and handoff
Work closely with operations, production, and admin teams to ensure successful execution
Represent the company professionally in the market
Uphold pricing discipline and margin expectations
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of commercial landscape sales, business development, or account management experience
Proven success in B2B sales with cold calling and relationship development
Strong understanding of: Commercial maintenance contracts, Enhancements and add-on services, Horticulture, turf, and landscape services
Experience using CRM systems (LMN experience is a plus)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large book of business
Professional communicator with strong follow-through

On-Target Earnings: $85,000–$105,000+ annually
