Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in project management and superintendent roles
Strong foundation in heavy civil construction
Ability to manage all aspects of excavation and general contracting projects, including estimating, scheduling, and directing crews
Ability to interpret project scopes and read plans for utilities and roadwork
Ability to identify change orders to maximize project success
Ability to act as the primary liaison between clients and the team
