Convergenz is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to join a critical engagement in the CPG/food manufacturing sector. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end BI architecture and developing Power BI solutions to drive analytics and decision support.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end BI architecture, including data modeling, governance, and analytics across modern platforms

Develop and optimize Power BI solutions, including semantic models, DAX, and Power Query

Perform advanced SQL and ETL/ELT development, ensuring high performance and data reliability

Translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions

Conduct analytics and decision support, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and insight-driven storytelling

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solution delivery, analytics adoption, and enablement training

Apply CPG or food manufacturing experience, with knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred

Required

Proven experience in BI architecture, data modeling, and governance

Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytical solutions

Experience in stakeholder management and driving analytics adoption

Preferred

Knowledge of CPG or food manufacturing industries and Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus
