Responsibilities
Develop and own the company's physical security strategy across all sites
Establish security policies, standards, and governance aligned with risk profiles, customer, and regulatory expectations
Lead detailed security design for new builds and retrofits, including perimeter security, access control systems, and video surveillance
Integrate security requirements with architectural, civil, structural, and electrical systems
Coordinate with construction teams and manage security integrators, vendors, and contractors
Establish and oversee security operations, including guarding strategies, access management, and incident response
Perform security risk assessments and lead investigations into security incidents
Partner with internal teams and interface with customers, local authorities, and external auditors
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in physical security leadership, systems design and integration, and operations
Strong background in mission-critical facilities such as data centers or critical infrastructure
Demonstrated experience with access control and video management systems (VMS)
Strong understanding of construction coordination, low-voltage, and electrical systems
Ability to operate in fast-paced, lean environments
Preferred
Direct experience securing data centers or critical infrastructure
Experience integrating security during greenfield construction and rapid expansion programs
Familiarity with regulatory and customer security expectations
Technical background in engineering, construction, or systems integration
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred
