Responsibilities
Lead a team of program managers who thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Partner with the SRE team to define, prioritize, plan, and deliver the project portfolio of technical, infrastructure, and system needs
Act as a business product thought problem solver on applicable domains, analyzing business risks, needs and requirements
Participate and represent as needed in problem solving and design of engineering discussions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of people management experience leading engineering program managers in infrastructure domain
Strong background in software delivery, and services infrastructure engineering
Proficient in software development processes (SDLC), and comfortable with various project management methodologies
Experience with risk analysis as well as developing, prioritizing and leading the roadmap
Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics and executing on them while driving program maturity and process optimization
Successful experience managing technical / engineering program management teams, hiring excellent people, and building impactful teams
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or deep relevant industry experience
Preferred
Proven self-starter, who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills
Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative & critical thinking capabilities
Expertise in coordination & participation in requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions
Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority
Prior engineering, infrastructure, or software development project management experience for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps strongly preferred
