Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant – Full-Time Position
Responsibilities
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate with clients and legal professionals
Handle billing, time entry, and expense reporting
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant
Knowledge of legal terminology and documentation
Proficiency in word processing and MS Office Suite
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
