Real Estate Acquisition Analyst

HireIQ is a fast-growing, global co-living platform seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support its expansion across New York City and future U.S. markets. The role involves hands-on exposure to the acquisition lifecycle, including deal sourcing, underwriting, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

Support deal sourcing efforts across New York City through broker outreach and market research
Maintain and update the acquisition pipeline with regular reporting to U.S. leadership and HQ
Tour properties to assess condition, layout, and co-living potential
Assist with underwriting and financial modeling for potential acquisitions
Support preparation of investment memorandums for internal approval
Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and internal teams on layouts and feasibility analysis
Assist with financing processes, including lender materials and loan closings
Support the acquisition closing process, including due diligence and transaction coordination
Ensure a smooth handover to project and asset management teams post-acquisition

Required

1–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, investment analysis, or brokerage
Strong understanding of New York City residential real estate

Interested in working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented real estate environment
