Advanced Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant
The company is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper who is organized, friendly, and proactive to join their team. The Advanced Bookkeeper will manage all aspects of accounting and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure timely financial reporting using QuickBooks Online
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
Assist Director with tax support monthly and annually
Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and employee record maintenance
Manage office supply inventory and coordinate procurement
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain an organized calendar
Provide friendly and efficient administrative support to the team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a bookkeeper with advanced knowledge in accounting principles
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
