Responsibilities

Partner with the Email Marketing Strategy checking lane lead to plan and implement email campaigns that deepen engagement with existing checking customers

Build and execute a robust, always-on testing platform to identify new opportunities with customer segments, creatives, and experiences that drive engagement

Analyze campaign performance and synthesize insights to shape broader engagement strategies and optimize our email marketing program

Manage the end-to-end creative development process for multiple campaigns, from writing effective creative briefs to trafficking final assets

Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including business partners, creative, legal, compliance to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule

Act as a subject matter expert on email best practices, continually seeking out new ideas and opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience
