Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and board materials
Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions
Manage special projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support business engagement beyond traditional administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator/Research supporting executives
Background in Financial Services or a related professional industry
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural fit
