Responsibilities
Develop and support enterprise applications and internal systems
Build and maintain web applications and portals
Perform database design, coding, and troubleshooting
Provide application support, bug fixes, enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with government standards
Support or develop modules in GIS systems (as applicable)
Support reporting and analytics platforms
Qualification
Required
Application development: .NET / Java / Python / Node.js
Web systems: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React
Database: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
API integration and system support
Documentation: SOPs, user guides
Preferred
Government systems experience
Experience supporting large user environments
GIS tools (Esri / ArcGIS) and spatial databases
Analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SQL reporting)
