Troubleshooting issues withing booths

Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

Maintain equipment and ensure proper usage and preventative maintenance

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders

Track material usage and inventory levels; coordinate procurement as needed

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SSPC, NACE, and OSHA
