Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and researching small and mid-sized business prospects
Support lead generation activities through phone, email, and online research
Help qualify inbound inquiries and schedule meetings for the sales team
Participate in outbound call campaigns and email outreach under supervision
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system
Shadow sales and technical team members to learn about client engagement and solution delivery
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and documentation tasks
Contribute to team meetings and share insights from research and outreach efforts

Required

Motivated and curious intern
Hands-on experience in inside sales, lead generation, and technical support
