Responsibilities
Lead conceptual design efforts, including system criteria, equipment room sizing, and building stack development
Guide project teams through construction documentation and project completion
Manage review of shop drawings, RFIs, contractor change orders, and conduct site visits and punch lists
Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring efficient resource use and timely task completion
Prepare proposals and additional services; coordinate reviews and approvals with Partners
Coach and mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and support professional development goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering
10–14 years of electrical engineering experience
Proficient in design calculations and software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
Strong project management and leadership skills
Deep understanding of trade-specific scopes, codes, and coordination with other disciplines
Knowledge of documentation requirements for all project phases (SD, DD, CD, specifications)
