Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Government stakeholders, shaping vision, strategy, and technical roadmaps for spectral exploitation capabilities
Lead the design, integration, and deployment of a PED environment for spectral exploitation, enabling advanced tradecraft for image scientists
Translate mission and customer needs into actionable system and capability requirements
Oversee systems integration activities to ensure interoperability across tools, applications, and enterprise services
Drive requirements traceability across architectures, workflows, and system interfaces to improve automation, performance, and scheduling
Support strategic technical planning, including performance engineering, risk management, interface design, and project execution
Collaborate closely with systems engineers, developers, and image scientists to deliver cohesive, mission-ready solutions across the NSG TCPED enterprise

Required

18 years' of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field — or equivalent experience: 4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree
5+ years of experience supporting NGA programs or projects
5+ years of experience integrating sensor programs into large, complex System-of-Systems (SoS) or service-oriented architecture environments across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures
Experience integrating spectral data into spectral exploitation tools
Experience integrating solutions using cloud-based technologies
Prior experience supporting IC and/or DoD programs or projects
Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following domains: Photogrammetry, Remote sensing, Image science, Information sciences, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics or related fields
Demonstrated knowledge of the NSG, ASG, and NRO enterprise environments
Active TS/SCI clearance, or ability to obtain SCI and successfully complete a polygraph

Preferred

Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field
INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification
Experience integrating spectral exploitation tools within SAGE/CAP architectures
Experience integrating advanced tradecraft tools used by NGA/ATS, such as: Data Transformation Services, Full Spectrum Tool Kit
Experience integrating solutions that leverage automation, augmentation, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including associated tools, processes, and languages
