Responsibilities

Plans, directs, and supervises 2nd and 3rd shift facility maintenance in accordance with priority goals and availability of resources to support production activities at the facility. Ensures daily maintenance calls and issues are addressed and resolved

Lead the overall 2nd and 3rd shift operation of the material department including shipping, receiving, and disbursement of all material and supplies

Uses technical experience, expertise and problem solving ability to resolve facility maintenance issues and help drive continuous improvement. Maintains an effective work force by training, counseling and motivating agreement workers

Ensure that all required material reporting is completed in a timely manner and coordinates this with all necessary personnel levels

Ensure that all necessary maintenance and material related administrative work is complete and accurate
