Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Build Supervisor to lead shop-floor electrical assembly for complex industrial automation systems
You will oversee control panel wiring, field cabling, and electrical builds from planning through testing and dispatch
This role requires hands-on leadership managing 10+ technicians while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery
You’ll work with conveyor systems, robotic cells, and system integration/testing (ATP) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings is essential
Experience with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and electrical testing tools is required
