Wrench Group is experiencing exponential growth and is seeking a COO to lead the operational functions and teams at MAX Service Group. This position will oversee five locations, ensuring that day-to-day operations align with strategic goals while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operational functions of the organization

Build and lead a high-performing operational team

Foster a positive and collaborative working culture within the organization

Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures

Streamline and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Ensure effective utilization of resources and technology to support operations

Collaborate with the CFO or finance team to develop and manage the operational budget

Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures

Work closely with other leadership partners to contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy

Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and initiatives

Foster effective communication channels across different departments and levels within the organization

Report regularly to stakeholders on operational performance and key metrics

Collaborate with other executives to identify and pursue business growth opportunities

Assess the feasibility of new projects and initiatives from an operational standpoint

Ensure a customer-centric approach in operational activities to enhance customer satisfaction

Monitor and improve customer service processes

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies

Identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational improvements and innovation

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational objectives

Regularly assess and report on the performance of operational processes

Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and crises

Lead the organization through challenging times with resilience and adaptability
