Responsibilities

Build, train, and grow the Internet team

Filter, assign, and oversee approximately 1,200 monthly leads across Hyundai and Genesis

Ensure fast response times, strong follow-up, and consistent customer experience

Drive improvements in closing percentage, appointment set/show rates, and overall performance

Establish clear processes for lead handling, CRM usage, communication standards, and team accountability

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversions

Collaborate closely with Sales Management, Finance, and Marketing to align goals and improve workflow
