Responsibilities

Day to day, hands on management of a team of Facility Service Managers whose main responsibility is to retain their accounts and increase revenue generated by those accounts. This includes hiring, firing, coaching and development

Provide frequent coaching in the field for to help FSMs develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their facility needs

Oversee the delivery of facility maintenance services, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and address client concerns promptly

Manage budgets and financial performance related to client accounts

Identify opportunities for service improvements and upselling additional services to clients

Prepare reports and presentations for clients regarding service performance and recommendations
