The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will be responsible for providing Maintenance Reliability support for rotating and fixed equipment, ensuring optimal operation and restoration of equipment to meet production expectations.

Responsibilities

MIQA program owner: Manage all compliance inspections (PSV’s, vessels, piping, etc)

SAP Master Data user

Works with Maintenance Manager to control maintenance budget

Maintenance focal point for projects

Work with team to drives EH&S performance

Identification, Design, and Implementation of facility and equipment upgrades

Assist in the identification and resolution of recurring reliability issues

Coordination of Predictive Maintenance activities

Assist in the planning and coordination of plant shutdown maintenance repairs including direct supervision of contract maintenance crews

Assist in the identification and tracking of plant critical spare parts

Assist in revision and development of written mechanical maintenance procedures

Assist in the analysis and improvement of site precision maintenance techniques

Lead and participate on reliability improvement teams

Perform job duties in a manner that follow food safety and quality guidelines including but not limited to HACCP, GMPs, QA Policies, Sanitation, and Pest Control

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

Minimum of 10 years Maintenance experience with rotating and fixed equipment

Root Cause Investigation process knowledge

Knowledge of pipe specs, P&ID's, and paint specs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software preferred
