Regional Commercial Sales Manager - East
Senske Services is seeking a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to drive regional growth and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. This role involves leading and developing a team of sales representatives, managing sales performance, and supporting customer strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of commercial sales representatives
Conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
Participate in field ride-alongs to provide real-time coaching and sales training
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to maximize lead conversion and revenue
Track and manage key sales KPIs (calls, appointments, proposals, closes, etc.)
Provide regular sales reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities
Ensure strong forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives as the business grows
Deliver training on sales processes, services, and CRM tools
Support ongoing professional development and career growth within the team
Assist with closing large, strategic, or complex sales opportunities
Serve as an escalation point for sales or customer challenges
Partner closely with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong coaching and leadership skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals
Hands-on leadership style with comfort working in the field
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred
Background in lawn care, pest control, or a related service-based industry
