Responsibilities

Lead the definition of product roadmaps, silicon selection, hardware radiated specifications, and new feature scoping for wireless connectivity technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread, and UWB
Drive alignment across global cross-functional teams and key ecosystem partners to define and deliver next-generation wireless connectivity experiences
Guide system integration efforts through clear product specifications, user impact studies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure outstanding wireless performance

Required

M.S. degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience
Industry experience in wireless system architecture and engineering
Excellent knowledge of wireless connectivity technologies and standards, including Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 family), Bluetooth, 802.15.4, UWB, etc
Solid knowledge in RF lineup analysis, receiver/transmitter architectures, calibration/compensation techniques, and product integration challenges
Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

10+ years of industry experience in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or UWB system architecture for consumer products
Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or UWB chipset architecture and high-level specifications
Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements for unlicensed spectrum, including FCC, ETSI, and other regional standards
Experience in AI/ML and wireless applications
Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as MATLAB
Hands-on experience using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, channel emulators, etc
Excellent documentation and communication skills with the ability to work independently, mentor others, and demonstrate innovation
