Mid LevelUSA Support Inc. is seeking a Performance-Based PR & Strategic Partnerships Specialist to drive growth by establishing collaborations with external organizations and partners. The role requires blending public relations, business development, and sales skills to create revenue-producing relationships through strategic outreach and partnership development.

Responsibilities
Identify potential partner organizations, companies, and referral networks aligned with USA Support Inc.’s mission and services
Develop and maintain long-term relationships that drive mutually beneficial opportunities
Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, and networking events
Pitch and negotiate partnership agreements, referral arrangements, co-marketing deals, sponsorships, and affiliate opportunities
Customize proposals to match partner goals while ensuring measurable outcomes for USA Support Inc
Secure agreements that directly generate revenue, referral fees, or shared income streams
Track and report performance metrics, conversions, and revenue tied to each partnership
Provide transparent documentation of earnings and pipeline activity
Represent USA Support Inc. professionally in all external interactions
Develop press releases, partnership announcements, or collaboration briefs as needed
Participate in speaking engagements, webinars, or partner events to increase visibility
Work closely with marketing and operations to align messages, materials, and deliverables with partner expectations
Provide input to refine service offerings based on partner feedback
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in PR, business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage a referral pipeline
Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking software
