This role involves supporting daily and strategic decision-making across labor, production, yield, and cost performance while working closely with Plant Managers and Operations leaders.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance partner to plant leadership, providing financial insight at daily, weekly, and monthly operating reviews
Analyze labor efficiency, overtime, yield, scrap, and conversion costs to support productivity and margin improvement
Develop and maintain plant-level forecasts for labor, volume, and manufacturing costs
Prepare monthly financial results and variance analyses, translating data into clear operational insights
Support annual budgets and operating plans, ensuring assumptions align with plant capabilities and production plans
Partner cross-functionally on productivity initiatives, cost-reduction efforts, and capital investment analysis
Improve plant-level financial reporting, controls, and analytical processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4–8 years of experience in manufacturing finance, operations finance, or cost accounting; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of plant operations, labor-driven cost structures, and manufacturing KPIs
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI tool experience a plus
Strong business partnership and communication skills with the ability to influence plant leadership
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
