Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The role involves handling customer service calls in both English and Spanish while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service or sales calls in both English and Spanish
Resolve customer issues using empathy, accuracy, and cultural competence
Follow detailed scripts and procedures to ensure brand consistency across languages
Meet key goals for quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Home Office Setup: 2-monitor setup (minimum 1080p resolution each)
Hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
PC with Windows 11 or higher and 8GB+ RAM
USB headset with noise cancellation
Professional Environment: A quiet, distraction-free workspace
Self-Starter: Strong work ethic and the ability to complete training modules independently
Preferred
Experience: 2+ years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
Adaptability: Previous remote or performance-based work experience
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
