Responsibilities

Prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple branch entities

Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for all branches

Ensure proper allocation of revenues, expenses, and intercompany transactions

Manage journal entries and account reconciliations

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable financial regulations

Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits

Develop and implement effective internal controls across branches

Track portfolio company performance and related financial metrics

Collaborate with branch-level finance teams to ensure consistent accounting practices

Provide support and training to branch staff on accounting systems and processes

Leverage accounting software to streamline financial processes across branches

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Build a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Partner with corporate finance to streamline reporting and transaction processing

Identify and implement process efficiencies in accounting, reporting, and controls

Leverage ERP systems and financial reporting tools to enhance accuracy and speed of close

Support systems integrations, M&A activities, and organizational change as needed
